Executive Profile
Ms. Ella Nguyen is the Co-Founder, President & CEO within the Ellacy Global Group ecosystem, where she leads strategic initiatives across global education pathways, scholarships, academic partnerships, leadership development, education technology, and U.S.–Vietnam education collaboration.
With nearly two decades of life and work in the United States and more than 15 years in international education, she has helped build cross-border education pathways connecting students, families, universities, institutional stakeholders, and global opportunities. Her work spans scholarship initiatives, joint academic programs, student mobility, international delegation visits, education seminars, leadership training, and technology-enabled student access.
Her professional foundation combines lived international student experience, practical education leadership, and continued academic development. Her international education journey began in Singapore, where she studied management and worked directly with international students through her institution's International Office — an experience that shaped her understanding of the hopes, challenges, and family decisions behind every international education pathway.
She later completed Harvard University's Higher Education Teaching Program and a year-long Leadership Certification through Crestcom International. Her continued academic direction focuses on advanced graduate study and executive doctoral pathways in higher education leadership, with a long-term focus on global education strategy, institutional partnerships, and student access.

Helped plan and coordinate executive education programming with Yale University and Harvard University, supporting early Vietnamese exposure to leading U.S. academic institutions and shaping future leadership development pathways.
Participated in a high-level business networking event at Rockefeller Center alongside Vietnamese ministers, government officials, chairmen, senior executives, and corporate leaders accompanying President Trương Tấn Sang to the United Nations. The event helped build early relationships across U.S. business, education, and policy circles that would later inform Ellacy's global partnership work.
Supported the signing and early development of Ellacy's academic partnership with Angelo State University, with an official welcome by President Dr. Brian J. May, Provost and VPAA Dr. Donald T. Topliff, deans of various colleges, and Dr. Won-Jae Lee. The agreement laid the foundation for nearly a decade of joint pathway, faculty training, and student mobility programs between Texas and Vietnam.
Coordinated and hosted ASU delegation visits to Vietnamese universities and high schools, including President Dr. Brian J. May, Provost Dr. Donald T. Topliff, Dean Dr. Clifton T.
